Referral Affiliates do not buy leads and do not perform the customer’s service. Your job is to identify a real local customer who requested a covered service, obtain permission to share their information, and submit the opportunity through your dashboard.

Grow Central VA Referral Affiliate Agreement

This Referral Affiliate Agreement is between Grow Central VA and the individual or business applying to the Grow Referral Network.

1. Referral role

The Affiliate may submit prospective customer opportunities to Grow Central VA. The Affiliate is not a service provider, does not purchase Grow Central VA leads, may not bind Grow Central VA or any service partner, and may not represent themselves as an employee or agent of Grow Central VA.

2. Customer permission

The Affiliate will submit only information for people who have requested the relevant service and authorized the Affiliate to share their contact and project information with Grow Central VA and matched independent service providers.

3. Commission eligibility

Affiliate-submitted leads may be sold only as Traditional or Better leads. A direct Affiliate commission is created only after the lead is verified by Grow Central VA and assigned to at least one paying service partner. The direct commission equals 30% of qualifying Traditional/Better partner lead charges recorded by Grow Central VA for that lead, rounded upward to the next $5.00 increment. The Affiliate Dashboard displays commission amounts but does not disclose Grow Central VA partner pricing.

4. Affiliate referral override

If an active Affiliate refers another approved Affiliate, the referring Affiliate becomes the upline for that account. For each commissionable lead produced by that downline Affiliate, the upline earns a separate $5.00 override commission. No commission is paid merely for recruiting or signing up an Affiliate.

5. Lead disputes

If a service partner flags a lead, related direct and upline commissions may be placed on hold while Grow Central VA reviews the dispute. If the lead is determined invalid, related unpaid commissions are void. If the flag is denied, the commissions return to their normal payment schedule.

6. Payment terms

Eligible commissions are paid on a net-30 basis measured from the date the verified lead is first assigned to a paying partner, subject to any pending lead review. Grow Central VA may combine multiple commissions into a single payment statement.

7. Taxes and W-9

The Affiliate is responsible for all taxes arising from Affiliate payments and must provide a completed Form W-9 before activation or payment. Grow Central VA may issue required tax reporting forms based on applicable law.

8. Independent contractor

The Affiliate is an independent contractor and is responsible for when, where, and how the Affiliate sources permitted referrals. Nothing in this Agreement creates employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or exclusivity.

9. Prohibited practices

The Affiliate may not submit fabricated, purchased, scraped, duplicate, or recycled customer information; impersonate Grow Central VA; use deceptive marketing; make promises about service-provider pricing or outcomes; or submit a person who has not requested contact.

10. Confidentiality and data

Affiliate portal information, commission records, customer information, pricing, and non-public business information must be kept confidential and used only for the program.

11. Suspension and termination

Either party may end participation at any time. Grow Central VA may immediately suspend or terminate an Affiliate for fraud, invalid lead patterns, misuse of customer information, breach of this Agreement, or conduct that creates legal or reputational risk. Earned and undisputed commissions remain subject to the payment terms above.

12. Compensation changes

Grow Central VA may change prospective compensation terms by providing updated terms for electronic acceptance. A change does not retroactively reduce a commission already earned under an accepted version.

13. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The parties agree that electronic records and signatures may be used for this transaction.
