Partner applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Partner pricing, territory, lead definitions, delivery rules, credit policy and other commercial terms are provided separately and may vary by industry.
Lead quality and credits
Partners may flag assigned leads for review. Examples that may qualify for credit include invalid or disconnected contact information, a duplicate lead under the applicable policy, a request outside an agreed service area, the wrong requested service, or a customer stating they did not submit the request. A customer not answering, changing their mind, comparing quotes, declining to purchase, or a partner failing to close the opportunity does not by itself make a lead invalid. Credits are issued after review under the partner's applicable agreement.
No guarantee of results
Grow Central VA does not guarantee that a lead will become a customer, that an appointment will result in a sale, or that any particular revenue level will be achieved.
